Lord's Day - Sweet Fellowship!

After having the guest preacher over for lunch, Kevin and I invited, well....the whole church (!) to our house for an evening fellowship. We have done this in the past, before Audrey came along. In fact, we used to do this once a month all summer long. We'd generally have two or three families show up.

I didn't count last night, but there were a lot of people in our 1200 square foot house. Let's see....there was.....

Betty
Jim
Mary L.
Gracey
Paul
Emily
Alex
Mom Hinton
Dad Hinton
Trish
Todd
Krystal
Pam
Greg
Tony
Cathy
John
Elizabeth
Dave
Mary S.
Janelle
Jenna
Kristin
Kegan (I think?)
another Mary (I think?)
Chris
Roger
Elisabeth
plus my clan of five!

We were a little squished but it was so much fun. And now I'm a bit less worried about hosting part of my homeschool support group's progressive dinner. LOL!

A fellowship that was squished? I prefer the term intimate. You and Kev have a wonderful home. All but for Paul's "accident" in the little chair it was simply delightful.

Our church is nice but a fellowship in the main Sunday school room lends itself to sound and feel like a cafeteria. The fellowship was a great idea. It got everyone out of their comfort zones and forced them to mingle with people they probably dont speak to other than a "hello" on a sunday morning.
