If someone with special needs or a
disability often rides in your vehicle, check out this free service from
TDOT. This is also a great program for senior citizens. Your personal
information is stored only in your glove compartment, so privacy is not
an issue. You can request up to 9 packets per household and share with
friends and family members. Additional medical information forms can be
found on the TDOT website if you want to include several family members
in one packet.
